AIMIRT General Information
AIM Industrial Growth Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust or AIMIRT is governed by the Trust for Transactions in Capital Market Act B.E. 2550 (2007) and relevant notifications issued by Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand (SEC). AIMIRT was established on 22 December 2017 and listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) on 9 January 2018.
AIMIRT has an investment policy in freehold and leasehold rights of real estate (including sublease rights) and components or equipment of such real estate. AIMIRT invests in various types of industrial properties including warehouses, distribution centers, cold storage warehouses, factories, and liquid chemical storage tanks, as well as other real estate related to, supporting, or promoting the business of renting out such properties and other assets that may enhance the trust's investments.
For the initial asset investment in December 2017, AIMIRT invested by acquiring ownership of cold storage warehouses and warehouses in the Pacific Cold Storage Project ("PCS"), the JWD Pacific Project ("JPAC"), and the Datasafe Project ("DTS") of companies within the SCG JWD Infologistics Public Company Limited ("SCGJWD") group, and ownership of warehouses in the TIP 7 Project ("TIP 7"). The trust manager, AIM REIT Management Company Limited, arranged for SCGJWD group companies to lease the properties in the PCS, JPAC, and DTS projects from the trust for operational use, while the warehouses in the TIP 7 project were leased out to tenants by appointing a company affiliated with TIP Holding Company Limited ("TIP") as the property manager.
In 2018, AIMIRT made its first additional investment in new properties, totaling four projects: 1. Cold storage buildings in the JWD Pacific Project (Expansion Area) of the SCGJWD group, 2. Warehouses in the TIP 8 Project ("TIP 8") of TIP, 3. Liquid chemical storage tanks and warehouses in the Siam Chemical Project ("SCC") of Siam Chemical Public Company Limited, and 4. Warehouses in the Bangkadi Industrial Park Project ("BIP") of Bangkadi Industrial Park Company Limited.
In 2020, AIMIRT invested in additional properties by acquiring ownership of factories in the Chewathai Amata City Project ("CHEWA") of Chewathai Public Company Limited, and in April 2021, AIMIRT invested in long-term leasehold rights of warehouses in the JWD Navanakorn Project (“JWD Navanakorn”) of the SCGJWD group.
In 2021, AIMIRT made additional investments in three projects, including: 1. Ownership of warehouses in the TIP 5 and TIP 8 Projects (Additional Investment) of TIP, 2. Long-term leasehold rights of warehouses in the Thai Taffeta Project ("Thai Taffeta") of Thai Taffeta Company Limited, and 3. Ownership of warehouse buildings in the MS Warehouse Project ("MS Warehouse") of 2 Tiger Prop Company Limited.
In May 2022, AIMIRT invested in the ownership of factory buildings in the Pinthong Project No. 1 (“Pinthong No. 1”) from Living and Facilities Company Limited, with Pinthong Utilities and Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. (PURE) appointed as the property manager. Subsequently, in December 2022, the trust invested in long-term leasehold rights of factory buildings in the Precious Wood Industry Project (“PCW”) from Precious Wood Industry Company Limited, with Team B Management Company Limited appointed as the property manager.
In June 2024, AIMIRT announced another successful investment in the Pinthong Project No. 2 (“Pinthong No. 2”) by converting the Pinthong Industrial Park Property Fund (“PPF”) into AIMIRT. The assets acquired include ownership of factory and warehouse buildings in the Pinthong Industrial Park Project (Pinthong 1), Pinthong Industrial Park (Laem Chabang) (Pinthong 2), and Pinthong Industrial Park (Project 3) (Pinthong 3), located in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), a significant strategic area for the country's economy, with Pinthong Utilities and Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. (PURE) appointed as the property manager.
In August 2025, AIMIRT invested in the ownership of factory and warehouse buildings in the Precision Valve Project (“Precision Valve”), located in WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 1 (WHA ESIE 1) within the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), providing excellent connectivity to major logistics hubs.
In December 2025, AIMIRT expanded its portfolio through the acquisition of factory buildings in Pinthong Project No. 3 (“Pinthong No. 3”) on 19 December 2025, located in Pinthong Industrial Estate within the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) with Pinthong Utilities and Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. (PURE) appointed as the property manager. Subsequently, AIMIRT invested in long-term leasehold rights over a cold storage building in the Alpha Bangna Km. 22 Project (“Alpha Bangna Km. 22”), Thailand’s first multi-temperature cold storage for e-commerce, strategically located on Bangna–Trad Road at Km. 22, a key economic and logistics corridor connecting Bangkok with the EEC.
