AIMIRT received the "Sustainable Capital & Investment Leadership 2026" High-Level Recognition at the Climate & Sustainability Capital Forum 2026 (CSCAP 2026), held at the United Nations Conference Centre, Bangkok. AIMIRT is the first REIT in Thailand to be recognised at this level, reflecting its sustainable real estate investment policy and outstanding ESG management.

AIM REIT Management Co., Ltd., the REIT Manager of AIMIRT, received the "Sustainable Supplier" Certificate for 2026–2027 from Sustainism Initiatives (STNSM), reflecting sustainability embedded in the trust's management: energy efficiency, Solar Roof and LED installation, wastewater and waste management, employee care, safety, transparency and anti-corruption, with these practices extended to business partners.
